When i was childhood, i really hate the bitter melon, do not understand why some foods unexpectedly "bitter" as a selling point. Bitter taste of life as far as possible to escape, but why have people willing to taste? Is a joke, right? However, bitter melon also known as the "Half a melon", because the taste of the joys to be over half their days before understanding themselves. When i am growing up, i was understand bitter melon bitter than astringent, sweet, so that we will have timeless temperament. Nature is put the wisdom to add in food, we are need times to go through certain stages of understand.

酒也是一樣。是考驗你的內力有多厚。面對可以釋放心魔的鑰匙,要做的不是壓抑心魔,而是跟心魔相處。酒不在醉,瓜不在苦,看似苦難的事,當中總有它的甜味,味蕾是坦白的,心呢?
